The Biomechanical Analyzer is a web-based analysis and visualisation tool developed for the Nash Group at the University of Basel and BSSE. The Nash Group researches the functions of proteins at a molecular level by using atomic force microscopy to analyse the folding/unfolding transitions.

We built the biomechanical analyzer to the Nash Group's specifications as an interactive web-based tool to upload, process, store and analyze curves from their atomic force microscope. Being web-based, the data can be accessed and analyzed from any workstation in the domain without the need for specialise software. The tool uses the latest JavaScript technology to provide a rich, visual and interactive experience for the users.
